So pleased with the service especially when Donald has been so busy and pushed the job up quicker than we expected.Very respectful, punctual and friendly.We are really pleased with the work especially with the warmer weather coming up our aircon is now ready and couldn’t be happier! Don was wonderful. My heater has not been firing up and he checked everything thoroughly and cleaned a few bits and bobs. It’s working like a charm. I have booked him in to service my air-conditioner and look forward to more of the professional service he provided. Also prompt arrival and a great system to text when he was a few minutes away. Love it.

Had 6 split systems put in. As with everything there were supply delays but once the units arrived the team at TTV Heating and Cooling arrived and installed the entire system in one day. Excellent service. 5 stars.

Very happy with how Josh managed his communication and executed the job. Josh and team neatly installed 3 aircon units at my place where others avoided the job or provided me with ridiculously high quotes due to its complexity.

With a heavily pregnant wife and a super hot summer, Don understood the urgency of having my aircon fixed. He did everything he could to find the problem, get the parts as soon as they arrived and come to fix the unit the following day. A big thank you!

Josh was vey helpful and the two installation guys were fantastic! They installed a new Mitsubishi Electric AC and took away the old unit and inverter. They put in a T-joint so water does not flow back into the AC if an overflow event occurs. They even replaced a cracked roof tile near where the inverter was located. I highly recommend them for AC installation!

A long story but worth reading - In a north facing apartment in East Doncaster our 6 year old 3 head Daikin split system failed last summer (2020/21) Because it was installed in a brand new apartment the warranty period commenced from that date NOT when we moved in. This was fixed at our cost as Daikin would not budge. The condenser failed again in early January this year ( 54 weeks ) warranty 52 wks !!! The cost to repair ( note only 52 weeks warranty would apply again ) was half of what it cost to replace the whole lot with a Mitsubishi Electric Multi Split with a 5 year warranty. At a time when no one wanted to know us and some wanted to rip us of ( Metropolitan ) TTV came within a few days of contact and on time, had the equipment in store and installed within a week as per a very very competitive quote. The work was carried out by the 2 Joshes in an extremely proficient manner and even cleaned up. They assured us that in case of need they also carry out repairs. We highly recommend TTV .. After more than 3 weeks of misery we are delighted

We came to Don via Daikin who referred us to him when our original installer had let us down. He made time in a busy schedule to get our problem fixed on the day he rang me understanding that we'd been left hanging by another company for many weeks prior. - turned up promptly and sorted the issue with professionalism and ease. Really easy to work with and communicated clearly about all the issues involved. We'll be sticking with him for sure for future services

I have recently purchased two Mitsubishi Electrical split system air conditioners. Because of difficulties with the building cladding, it has been necessary to de-install then re-install both systems. Josh and Chris carried out the required work with care and skill, as the site presented some difficulties. In spite of it being necessary to install the systems twice, both men simply undertook whatever was necessary to ensure a good outcome for the client. The recommended systems are performing just as I was hoping for, and the service both men have provided has been excellent. The de-install/re-install process will have to be done one more time, and I know this will be carried out with expertise and good humour. It will be a pleasure to welcome both Josh and Chris to my home.

Just had TTV Heating & Cooling installed 3 split systems today, and I'm very pleased! The job was professionally and neatly done by four installers in one day. The whole process from quotation to installation has been very smooth. I was able to arrange an inspection the next day and was able to secure an installation date soon after acceptance. Jeff is honest, friendly and patient. He took time to find best options for us, and worked around some unexpected issues on the installation day without charging more. I highly recommend the team.

This is a great family owned and operated business. I have had great service from them on a number of occasions and also purchased good quality products. My TV died, and I took it here for repairs. The proprietor basically talked me out of getting it fixed and talked me in to getting a new one, which I did. At the Good Guys. Still, the man was honest and you have to respect that in this day and age. If my TV dies again, I will come here first. Highly recommended.
